Help for British Nationals

Opening hours for Routine Consular services:

In order to ensure that the Embassy can prioritise core services for British Nationals in Kosovo we have introduced an appointment system for non-emergency Consular Services. Services for which an appointment will be required are Birth Registrations and general consular enquiries.

To make an appointment, please send an e-mail to: britishembassy.pristina@fco.gov.uk
stating the service you require.

Appointments will be available between the hours of:

• 1400-1530 Monday and Thursday

Please include your contact details so that the Consular Section can reply with your appointment time, or contact you for further information if necessary.

If you require urgent consular assistance please contact the consular section by phone +381 (0)38 254 700 between:

• Monday to Thursday from 08:30-12:30 and 13:30-15:30
• Fridays from 08:30-13:00 local time (UK+1)

The consular section may also have to close at short notice. If you are travelling a long distance to apply for a consular service, please telephone first to make sure the section will be open.
