Along with other donors the British Embassy has supported European Centre for Minority Issues and the Office of the President of Kosovo in establishing of Community Consultative Council.
Minister for Europe Chris Bryant welcomed the President of Kosovo Dr Fatmir Sejdiu to London on 4 November 2009.

On 12 October 2009, the British Ambassador to Kosovo, Mr Andy Sparkes, and Mr. Ahmet Shala, Minister of Economy and Finance, signed a Memorandum of Understanding for the Kosovo Property Agency
On October 8th 2009, Kosovo Institute for Policy Research and Development (KIPRED), funded from the UK’s Strategic Programme Fund, organised a Roundtable as part of the project on the “Oversight of Public Finances in Kosovo”.
