Marking the end of the Holy Month of Ramadan, Fiter Bajram is a day of joy, on which Muslims give their thanks for health and strength.
It is a day on which the Islamic values of tolerance, commitment to family and society are reaffirmed and celebrated. Fiter Bajram teaches all of us that we must show compassion and understanding for others, both in word and deed, and help those who are less fortunate.
The British Embassy wishes each and every person in Kosovo celebrating Fiter Bajram, a peaceful and joyous holiday in peace and prosperity.
