Communities Consultative Council: British Embassy project support (06/11/2009)
Along with other donors the British Embassy has supported European Centre for Minority Issues and the Office of the President of Kosovo in establishing of Community Consultative Council.
The next stage is a strategy and a working plan and for this the British Embassy has constituted a funding of £10.000 this year from the UK’sConflict Prevention Pool.
On 09 November 2009 at 11.45 Her Majesty’s Ambassador, British Embassy, Kosovo, Andy Sparkes will accordingly attend the presentation of the working plan. The British Embassy has provided funding to ECMI and the Office of President of Kosovo in establishment of CCC in previous years .
Her Majesty’s Ambassador, Andy Sparkes said:
“We want to ensure that Communities Consultative Council has strong foundations and functions effectively in addressing the issues and concerns of all communities in Kosovo.”

The Conference will be held at Office of the President of the Republic of Kosovo, 1st floor - Building of the Parliament of Kosovo
